All the Terms and Conditions(TOC), Terms of Services(TOS), Features, Services, and Content mentioned on this page are provided for your usage by Hostbillo("Hostbillo," "Us," "Our"). Hostbillo is the authorized trade name of Hostbillo Pvt. Ltd. If you buy any single or bulk web hosting services from Hostbillo, you agree or are inbound with all the mentioned terms and conditions. You can check our refreshed/latest/updated TOC on the Hostbillo official website. It is suggested to go through all the Conditions mentioned before buying hosting service(s) from Hostbillo.

Customer Agreement

All the support and services rendered by Hostbillo to you in Terms of Services are applicable for the entire Term or Renewal Term. All individuals, users, customers, and clients who buy the services from Hostbillo must agree on all the Terms and Conditions stated on TOC before signup. By processing or placing your order, you agree to employ our Licensed and authorized third-party software for your usage. In addition, Hostbillo reserves all the right to suspend your account or eliminate you from accessing our services if we find our services are inappropriately employed by you and violating our TOC.

Hostbillo Services and Policies are subjected to the terms above and as follows:-

ACCOUNT SETUP

WE ACCEPT SIGNUP FROM ALL THE GLOBAL LOCATIONS AND PROCESS ACCOUNTS SET UP FOR THEM.

  • As soon as you make the payment, our experts will help you set up a hosting account for you. You must ensure to provide the accurate primary email address and contact details when you are placing an order for getting informed about the bill acknowledgments, latest updates, and issues. The responsibility falls with you in case your account gets terminated or suspended due to incorrect information provided from your side.
  • Hostbillo will not be responsible in any case for a lapsed registration because of the outdated contact information associated with the domain. In case you are required to verify or modify the details you shared, you can contact our sales/support team through email or chat service.
  • Furthermore, if you wish to buy a dedicated server, you will be needed to provide a government-issued Identification. Also, you must scan the credit card for purchasing in case of high-risk transactions. Failing to meet these necessities can lead to the denial of your order.

  • Hostbillo reserves all the right to decline service and suspend your account at any time. All services provided by Us be used for lawful purposes ONLY. The laws of the IPC - Indian Penal Code (IPC - भारतीयदण्डसंहिता) are applicable. In the infringement of any applicable law or TOC, Hostbillo has the liberty to take prompt actions without having to notify you. Usage of our services to intrude upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited.ed.
  • Usage of Our Services for the Website content that encourages or incorporates the below-mentioned activities is strictly forbidden. If you are encountered using our services for or indulging in such activities, then without being responsible, Hostbillo holds the right to terminate your account instantly.

-Any site found to host pornography, child pornography or linking to pornography, child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.

  • Any account found to be in violation of another's copyright will be expeditiously removed or refused to access our services.
  • Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting.
  • If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please email [email protected] with the required information.

TRANSFERS

  • Our specialized experts and the skilled technical team invariably stand out to assist you in migrating your data from one server to another. However, this support is provided for the sake of the customer's welfare and ease of site management. Migration services are catering as a courtesy service. We are not committed to the availability, possibility, or time needed to complete an account transfer.
  • Since every web hosting company has a different configuration, and some hosting platforms keep data in an incompatible or proprietary format, the migration process can become extremely difficult. Although we ensure to provide the best and most reliable migration services support, Hostbillo is not responsible and accountable if some or all your data do not get transferred. In some exceptional cases, Hostbillo may not be able to assist you in data migration from an old host.
  • Note: Hostbillo data migration services include cost-effective charges with all its hosting plans and packages. We offer the data migration cost as low as Rs. 35 per account.

KYC DOCUMENT

  • KYC Documents are mandatory who wish to purchase any new service with us.
  • Why do we need KYC documents
  • KYC documents include Passport, Driving License, Voter Id (Applicable to Indian User), Pan Card (Applicable to Indian User), Aadhar Card (Applicable to Indian User),GST Registration Detail (Applicable to Indian User), Company Registration Detail.
  • Money is non-refundable if any user declines the KYC documentation under Policy Violation. Also, you will be solely responsible for the Upgrade, Migrations, or any Informational details in case of providing false or inaccurate information.
  • You are recommended to be active on your Inbox to remain updated with our services, hosting plans, and updates.

DATA BACKUP

  • Hostbillo will never be liable for any kind of data loss (including Files, Email, Personal data setting, etc./or the data residing on your account) in any condition(site hacked, server hardware failure, server & site maintenance time, any error which is made by you, etc.).
  • Any file over the size of 40MB does not get backed up onto our backup servers and is not recoverable in the event of server failure.
  • Hostbillo does not provide data backup of any shared account consuming more than 5 gigs of disk space (Except database).You need to take a backup of your data on your own. It is suggested to copy all your data to a secondary drive for getting protection against data loss in a drive failure.
  • Using our services will be at your sole risk. We do not hold or maintain any backups of your server. Nor do we provide data backup services for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to any reason.

Domain Payments-

Domain Registrations: Hostbillo does not provide any refund once the domain gets registered.

Domain infringement: Registration of a domain name similar to a trademarked domain or existing brand/business domain delivering similar goods or services is not permitted. Any user or individual who attempts to register such a domain name will be held responsible for the infringement of the Trademark.

Domain Renewal: Domain has to be renewed after a period of one year. You will get reminders a month before the expiry to renew your domain. Hostbillo will not be liable in case of any failure or delay in the renewal of your domain.The domain renewal will be at a regular price. Once your domain gets renewed, no refund policy is applicable.

Purchasing Linux and Windows shared web hosting plans (copper, silver, and golden) follows the service agreement of 3 years. In such a case, the customer is not permitted to change domain with any other service provider before three years.

-No premium domain is incorporated in Linux and Windows shared hosting.

-No Premium DNS is contained in Linux and Windows shared hosting.

-No ID protection is available for a domain .com.

Note: In case of the free domain offer with Unlimited hosting plan at Hostbillo, you must register the free domain within 3 days. Otherwise, the offer goes null and void.

PAYMENT POLICY

Hostbillo reserves the right to modify the monthly/yearly payment amount as well as any other charges at any time.

Making payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and PayPal set up your account immediately as soon as the payment is confirmed. However, making payment via cheque can take around five days for the cheque to clear. On the other side, making postal orders or cash payments, you can have your account set up on the same day.

Please be advised that transactions made through Indian and international payment gateways, including PayPal and Paytm, will be subject to payment gateway fees. Users are required to bear the full or partial cost of these fees. It is important to note that bank transfers are exempt from this fee policy.

Hostbillo's 7-days credit-back guarantee policy is only applicable for first-time signups. There is no credit-back policy for the second time and subsequent signups. For instance, you will not be eligible for any refund if you've had an account with Hostbillo before, canceled it, and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with Hostbillo.

5 days grace period from the time the invoice is generated and when it must be paid.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

Hostbillo allows you to discontinue the services at any time by making a cancellation request via your client area. Note that you will have to clear all your dues(if any) before requesting the cancellation.

As soon as your subscription period expires, you can immediately request cancellation. In the case of immediate cancellation, you lose access to our all hosting services. If cancellation is chosen after the tenure period, you can continue with your services until the end of your prepaid term.

All your stored data will be discarded from our server when you make the cancellation request, and the data then can not be restored or retrieved. Thus, backing up your data is your sole responsibility before you make cancellation requests.

  • Linux OS: The GUI or Graphical User Interface is not available with the Linux OS. This applies to all the versions of Ubuntu OS as well.
  • Windows OS: The GUI form is available with the Windows OS. This facilitates RDP or Remote Desktop Protocol access to the client.
  • Our policy for refunds or credits does not encompass the availability or functionality of the graphical user interface (GUI) for any operating system (OS).

No refunds or any credit back policy for abusive, spamming, phishing, or illegal activities. Termination without notice. Comply with laws.

The refund money will always be credited into the Client Portal Account within 7 Days rather than the customer's personal(paying) account. The credited amount can then be utilized anytime in the future for purchasing hosting services from Hostbillo.

Note: You will not be eligible for any refund if you've had an account with Hostbillo before, canceled it, and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with Hostbillo.Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. Also, Hostbillo does not provide a cancellation and refund policy for Annual basis billing cycles and custom orders.

Taxes

All Hostbillo's hosting costs mentioned on our website are exclusive of all taxes. In order to acquire insights into the final pricing with taxes, you can employ the cost calculator. Also, when you add services to your cart, you can check the total amount with taxes in your final invoice. Note that the taxes amount is non-refundable.

Late Payment or Non-Payment

Hostbillo holds the right to terminate or suspend the account in case of unpaid invoices. In order to restore your suspended account and get back access to the services, you will need to clear all the due invoices.

In case you do not renew your hosting subscription on time, you will be required to pay an additional 10% charge on your invoice for continuing with your services. Also, Hostbillo does not activate new orders if you leave with any dues.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

Hostbillo takes a zero-tolerance approach for sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. No one is permitted to employ our network to transact in UCE or any other offensive material or content.

Hostbillo customers are prohibited from hosting sites or information that UCE advertises from other networks. Also, illicit use of our hosting services is forbidden. UCE or Spam policy violations carry severe penalties, including termination of service or account suspension without any intimation or notice.

You will be liable for your end-user actions. So, you must ensure to develop a similar or stricter policy for your client's sites advertised via SPAM (Spamvertised) not to be hosted on our servers. This provision includes but is not limited to SPAM sent via fax, email, instant messaging, or Usenet/newsgroups.

No organization or entity listed in the ROKSO may be hosted on our servers.

Hostbillo reserves the right -

To pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with investigating a substantiated policy violation. You will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.

To restrict customer access to the network upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy in order to prevent further violations.

To suspend/terminate any account incorporated with IP space getting blacklisted.

To change or disable any website, account, database, modifications, or another component that does not comply with its established policies in an emergency at its sole discretion.

To charge the account holder used to send any unsolicited e-mail, a clean-up fee, or any charges incurred for blacklist removal. This cost of the clean-up fee is entirely at the discretion of Hostbillo.

Unlimited Hosting-

"Unlimited" implies Unlimited Disk Space/Bandwidth/Website Plans. This signifies that we do not set a limit on the amount of bandwidth, websites, or disk space you may use in the normal operation of a personal or small business website, provided it complies with this Agreement. However, in the event your service usage or content presents a risk to the stability, performance, or uptime of our servers, data storage, networking, or other infrastructure, you may be required to upgrade to a VPS, or we may take action to restrict the resources your website is utilizing.

What happens in case of Noncompliance?

If notified by our monitoring team about any non-compliance, we contact the administrator of the website causing the issue and attempt to resolve the matter. Our services may not be used for archiving or storing electronic files which are not available directly through the website.

What is “normal” usage?

Normal usage means that the customer makes efficient usage of the unlimited hosting in an ethical way pertaining to the use for which it is purchased. An example of non-compliance may be storing a large number of audio and video files that may not be associated with the website thereby requiring more resources to support the website.

Why are the normal usage guidelines in place?

Hostbillo offers to host in a shared environment. In this environment, each site may have an impact on other websites. Through our years of existence in the business, we have never faced any disruption in the service. However, it may happen with us in any future instances. This event is an unusual event and, thus, we want our customers to realize it before actually deciding to pick a shared hosting environment.

Guidelines for Reseller Hosting

Hostbillo may put a restriction on the number of domains that the reseller can host based on the load which the hosted domains are utilizing. This is to keep the servers running at their optimal efficiency.

Bandwidth Usage

Hostbillo provides you with unlimited bandwidth. The bandwidth range varies according to the web hosting package you purchase. In case you exceed your bandwidth limits or are left with a little bandwidth, Hostbillo reserves the right to:

-Suspend the account until the beginning of the next allocation.

-Suspend the account until more bandwidth is bought at an additional fee.

-Suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package.

-Terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages.

-Restrict carrying the Unused transfer in one month over to the next month.

Uptime Guarantee

Server Uptime is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system and the Apache Web Server, which may differ from the uptime reported by other individual services. We strive our best to offer a 99.90% uptime network as you have paid for it. However, you must note that the occasional unavailability of the services cannot be avoided due to the nature of web hosting technology. Sometimes there may be equipment malfunctions.

We do undertake periodic maintenance procedures or repairs. Still other times, there are causes beyond our control like power failures, interruption, telecommunication failure, digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, network traffic, and other occurrences. So, we do not promise to provide you with such uninterrupted service.

Third-party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors, including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability.

Price Change

Hostbillo reserves the right to change prices listed on our website and increase the number of resources given to plans at any time. However, the amount you pay for the web hosting does not change once you purchase the hosting with existing plans.

Coupons

Discounts and coupon codes are reserved only for first-time accounts (or first-time customers) and may not be used to purchase a domain registration unless otherwise specified. If you have signed up using a particular domain, you may not resign up for that domain using another coupon at a later date.

Appropriate invoices will be added to the account if an account is found to violate any policies throughout a review by our sales department. Coupon abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

Offers

When you purchase a Service at an Offer Price, the price charged is valid only for a fixed period of time. Later on, when you renew the service you will be charged the price that is in effect at that time, not the offer price.

The Free Domain you get in any of the offers can only be redeemed within 3 days. Else your free domain will be expired.

Indemnification

Customers agree that they shall defend, indemnify, save, and hold Hostbillo from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees against Hostbillo, its agents, customers, officers, and employees.

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hostbillo against liabilities arising out of;

(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Hostbillo;

(2) Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;

(3) Copyright infringement and

(4) The indemnification obligations under this section shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement or your use of this Site or the Services found at this Site.

CHANGES TO THE TOS

Hostbillo reserves all the rights to revise and change its policies at any time without having to provide any warning or intimation. You are suggested to keep visiting the page and are advised to check your emails frequently for regular updates.

TRAILS

Hostbillo does not provide any free trials. If you want any trial before any purchase, you should pay additional charges to employ services. The demo charges depend on the plan as well as location and are non-refundable. In order to apply for any trial, you have to raise a ticket accordingly. Our technical team will always be available to provide and help you with complete details.

INODES

The usage of more than 10,000 Inodes and 50,000 inodes on the UNLIMITED Plan or any shared account may potentially result in a warning first. Accounts found to be exceeding the 100,000 inode limit will automatically be removed from our backup system to avoid over-usage. Note that every file (a web page, image file, email, etc.) on your account uses up to 1 inode.

Sites that slightly exceed our inode limits are unlikely to be suspended. However, the accounts that constantly create/ delete large numbers of files causing any disruption or damage, they may be flagged for review and/or suspension.

The primary cause of excessive inodes is that users leave the enabled catchall address but never check their primary account mailbox. Over time, tens of thousands of messages (or more) build-up, eventually pushing the account past our inode limit. In order to avoid this from happening, you can disable the your default mailbox using following steps -

Step 1: Login to cPanel.

Step 2: Select "Mail">"Default Address">"Set Default Address".

Step 3: Type in: :fail: No such user here.

SHARED (NON-RESELLER ACCOUNTS) / SEMI-DEDICATED SERVERS

Hostbillo restricts the usage of the shared account as a backup/storage, except for one cPanel backup of the same account. Kindly confine yourself from taking backups of your backups.

Also, reselling your shared account or reselling web hosting through your shared account to other people is forbidden. For reselling purposes, you must use a reseller hosting account.

Note that the Hostbillo does not provide backups for the semi-dedicated servers. So, you must ensure to back up your server data.

DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT

Hostbillo may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies if any client is found infringing our TOS for any unlawful activities. We cooperate comprehensively with law enforcement agencies.

ABOUT BLOCK COUNTRIES AND SECURITY

If Hostbillo encounters any sort of hacking attack from a particular country, we hold the right to block the IP of that specific country permanently till the hacking attack stops completely.

Hostbillo can take any decision against a client(s) who is found harming our security aspects or disrespecting the company’s staff in any manner. In such cases, we hold the full right to remove the client(s) from our services without providing any refund.

Reseller: Client Responsibility

Hostbillo does not provide support to the clients of our resellers. You, as a reseller, will be liable for supporting your clients. In case any of your clients contact us, Hostbillo reserves the right to place the client account on hold until you can assume the respective responsibility. For security purposes, all support requests must be made by the reseller on their clients' behalf.

You as a reseller will also be responsible for all content stored or transmitted under your reseller account and the actions of your clients. Hostbillo reserves the right to hold resellers responsible for any of their client’s actions violating the law or the terms of service.

DISCLAIMER

Hostbillo will not be liable for any kind of losses or damages related to your business as well as the usage of our website.

We do not provide any guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide nor the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of our website's information.

Any action you take upon the information you discover on this website is strictly at your own risk.
